Prompt production of food and Beverages
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and provision of timely meals within set time schedules as per the laid-out policies, processes and procedures
- Sets buffets and banquet for service
- Portion control while serving and dispatching food to units.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in food preparation and service
- Optimal use of resources to avoid wastage
- Adhere to all sanitation and infection control guidelines within the kitchen and food service areas.
- Check all chemical levels and inventory to support daily reporting.
- Assist the Cooks and waiter/waitresses’ as necessary for timely preparation and service of food
- Sort and dispose of waste within the kitchen, cafeteria and other food service areas
- Keep an updated inventory of kitchen items.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Certificate in Food Production/Food & Beverage Management
- At least 1 year and up to 3 years’ experience
- Team work & Planning
- Result Oriented
