Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Content Creation: Design and create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and simple animations for social media, using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media Management: Manage our Client\’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Schedule posts, run campaigns, and actively engage with the Client\’s online community.
• Field Marketing Support: Support the sales team with marketing activities on the ground. This includes attending trade shows, organizing activations, and conducting market surveys in Nairobi and other regions.
• Brand Awareness: Assist in developing and executing strategies to build brand awareness and customer loyalty both online and offline.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns and field activities using insights from social media platforms and on-ground feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to create engaging visual content. Proficiency with Canva is a must; knowledge of other design software is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing business social media pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• A proactive, energetic, and creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• MUST be comfortable with a MIX of office-based work and field marketing activities. 
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
