Role Overview
- We are a licensed Insurance Agency offering a wide range of insurance covers from multiple underwriters. We are seeking professional and results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to recruit, advise, onboard, and support customers, while contributing to ustainable agency growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales; prior experience in insurance will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compensation
- Commission: Performance-based commission linked to successful conversions, with competitive commissions, rewards, and sales incentives.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Actively market and promote the Company’s insurance products and services to clients.
- Prospect, engage, and onboard customers through both digital and physical channels.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance covers based on their needs and risk profiles.
- Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and premium payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and effective after-sales support.
- Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
- Attend all mandatory Company meetings, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and strategy sessions, and participate in training programs, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of policies sold and premiums generated.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Renewal conversion rates.
- Compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.

Role Overview
- We are seeking a commercially astute Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation, support revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning. The role requires a disciplined professional who can align digital marketing performance with broader business and sales objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Experience in Marketing, Fintech, Insurance, or Real Estate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, paid media platforms, and analytics.
- Compensation
- Cross Monthly Retainer: KES 25,000-30,000. Commission: Performance-based commission linked to successful conversions.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads to support Business Development and sales teams.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to ensure effective lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Enhance brand visibility, digital presence, and market engagement in line with corporate standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Volume and quality of qualified leads generated. Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-client conversion rates. Cost per lead and return on marketing investment (ROMI). Revenue contribution from digital marketing initiatives. Website traffic growth, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
