Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Superintendent Pharmaceutical Technologist for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations and all relevant laws governing pharmacy practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, stock management, and patient counseling.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled drugs, and pharmacy documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure professional standards of practice.
- Promote medication safety, adherence, and good dispensing practices.
- Support procurement and formulary management in line with facility policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant post-licensure experience.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya.
- Must hold a valid and current Superintendent Pharmaceutical Technologist License (Unattached).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and good dispensing practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Method of Application
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory returns.
- Provide financial analysis and insights.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Qualification: At least CPA Part II
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and working knowledge to Tally (Accounting Software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
