• We’re looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to oversee one of our key retail centres in Naivasha, a leader who can drive income growth, strengthen tenant relations, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Centre operations, including leasing, tenant relations, occupancy management, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and client reports to ensure financial performance targets are met.
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitive rental levels and support business growth.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital projects to uphold safety, compliance, and high-quality standards.
• Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and mentor Centre staff, ensuring strong performance and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Build and nurture productive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in centre or property management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, leasing, and service contract management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
