Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking proposals quoted by the sales team in the system
• Ensure that all prices in the system are accurate according to the suppliersaccommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, supplements
• Act as an information center for the sales team
• Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
• Creating and amending itineraries
• Adding supplements, surcharges, or discounts where needed
• Ensure the room configuration and pricing are correctly updated in the system

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a quotations officer/accountant in the hotel/ tourism industry is a must
• Knowledge of using QuickBooks is a must
• Bachelor’s degree – BCOM and/or CPA Level 2
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ensure accuracy of data
• Great communication skills
• Book-keeping skills
• Payment collection skills
