RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production Oversight: Coordinate and manage all production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards from planting to harvest.
• Extension Services: Provide expert advice and support to farmers on best practices for pyrethrum cultivation, disease management, and yield optimization.
• Seed and Flower Management: Supervise all aspects of seed production and flower collection, ensuring proper handling, quality control, and timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a field team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in agronomy, with a strong background in pyrethrum seed production and extension services.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of pyrethrum cultivation and flower collection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
