Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Website Operations
- Oversee the overall planning, setup, and continuous optimization of the company website/platform, coordinating channel resources and content updates to enhance user experience and page views. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies; proficiently use tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics and other plat- forms to understand user behavior and conversion funnels, pro- ducing actionable operational strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to drive website feature enhancements, promotional campaigns, and brand exposure initiatives.
- Formulate annual/quarterly operational plans, break down KPIs for team members, oversee progress, and improve efficiency. Client & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships, identify client needs, and provide customized operational solutions (e.g., corporate recruit- ment zones, brand showcase pages).
- Integrate external resources (media, KOLs), design standardized cooperation processes, and enhance the commercial value of the platform.
- Industry & Competitor Analysis
- Keep track of internet industry trends, analyze competitor strate- gies, and propose differentiated operational plans (e.g., user growth, content innovation).
Hard Skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of website operations experience; background in vertical industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, or logis- tics preferred.
- Experience in multi-language/multi-region website operations is a plus.
- Proficient in SEO tools and data analytics platforms, with a strong ability to close the loop from data to strategy to execu- tion.
Soft Skills
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinating effectively across depart- ments.
- Creative yet execution-driven, able to design and implement innovative campaigns (e.g., UGC submissions, live streaming collaborations).
- Proven team leadership experience, skilled at breaking down goals and motivating team members to achieve targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in business development and operations, preferably in training/education.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and prob- lem-solving skills.
