Qualifications
- Dip/ Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Film or a related field
- 2-4 years experience invideo production, photography and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in media tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro…..etc)
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently, multitasking and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit short videos for social media, company website, and internal communication.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos of projects, people, and events.
- Write and publish engaging content (captions, articles, blog posts, and updates) for the website and social platforms.
- Collaborate with the communications team on storytelling, content calendars, and campaigns.
- Manage Fireside’s visual content library by organizing, tagging, and archiving assets.
- Support live event coverage and produce quick turnaround clips for social media.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all
- visual and written materials.
- Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and sound equipment.

Method of Application
- We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of ISP Technician at Fireside Group Ltd. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum Certificate in Fiber optics.
- Atleast 1 year on Fiber optics.
- Proficiency in fiber handling & maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and terminating fiber optic cables and other network equipment.
- Resolving Loss of Services and Connections within SLA.
- Ensure tickets are updated timely and closed with clears once resolved.
- Observing Health & safety guidelines and ensuring quality assurance throughout the implementation and maintenance period.
- Educating clients on basic troubleshooting processes and answering fiber optic related questions from customers. Individuals will work as a team with other technicians and NOC personnel and report to field supervisors.
- Fiber link faulting and faults resolutions within the service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Splicing fiber optics at various fiber distribution hubs, troubleshooting and testing fiber links with a light source, optical power meters and an OTDR.
- Providing timely updates on fiber faults to the NOC personnel and ensuring excellent customer service to the client.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
