Hiring IT Site Coordinator

1. Manage and oversee the daily activities of IT Operations for assigned headquarters
2. Coordinate activities corresponding to IT Operations for assigned sites.
3. Manage resolution of tickets requiring varying attention from escalations generated by field FS analysts.
4. Support activities generated from onboarding training to implementation of new accounts.
5. Generate reports on site status and FS analyst performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of Infrastructure VoIP
2. 1 year of experience coordinating Financial Services Operations
3. Training in Information and Computer Studies
