ICT Officer III – 5 Posts
Basic Salary: Kshs. 44,400 – Kshs. 61,110 (Permanent & Pensionable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
- Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting ICT issues.
- Assisting in system administration, data security and backup processes.
- Maintaining inventory of ICT assets and equipment.
- Supporting development and maintenance of Assembly information systems.
- Performing any other ICT-related duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- At least two (2) years experience in ICT support.
- Knowledge of networking, system administration and troubleshooting.
- Professional ICT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
