• The position will provide technical support to the Organization’s systems, applications and infrastructure, as well as plan and implement a sound maintenance system for the Organization’s IT resources.

Main duties:

• Monitor, maintain, and support computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
• Ensure effective operations of the Organizations ERP, Integrations and internal technology platforms.
• Provide end-user support and resolve system, application, and network related issues.
• Manage scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant ICT security policies, regulations and cyber security best practices.
