Human Resource & Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Coordinate and execute HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding procedures
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries
- Management of clients and outsourced staff ensuring 100% compliance to legislation
Office Management
- Oversee day- to- day office operations and address any operational issues
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning
- Implement and maintain effective filing and organizational systems
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, conferences and appointments
- Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations
Marketing
- Closing and facilitating deals and advising the clients on the requirements of the same
- Support and cooperate with the other staff for the common goal of developing the business.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
- At least 1-2 years of Human Resource Management / Administrative experience
- Associate member at IHRM is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
