Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field | CHRP certification.
- Min 10 years HR experience
- With 7+ years designing/managing performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Strategic thinker able to align performance with business goals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
- Able to manage complex, cyclical HR processes and annual review cycles.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Program Design: Develop, refine, and implement performance management systems, KPIs, metrics, and feedback processes aligned to business strategy and compliant with employment laws.
- Process Management: Lead annual and mid-year review cycles, manage the HRIS performance module, and run calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Coaching & Development: Coach managers and employees on performance practices, SMART goal setting, effective feedback, and review writing; support PIPs where needed and link outcomes to training, succession planning, and compensation.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor and report performance metrics, gather employee/manager feedback to enhance processes, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
