We are seeking to recruit dynamic and results-oriented HR Supervisors to support the day-to-day human resource functions for our client operating in fast-paced industrial settings. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness in HR operations, especially around recruitment, attendance, discipline, and payroll coordination, while ensuring productivity and efficiency among workers on-site.
Job Purpose
To ensure completeness and accuracy in daily HR functions for our outsourcing client and to effectively manage workforce operations, enhance discipline, and boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily staff attendance and timekeeping systems.
Coordinate payroll input, absenteeism reports, and overtime tracking. Ensure staff discipline, handle grievances, and escalate issues appropriately. Support onboarding, orientation, and proper staff documentation. Maintain updated personnel files and compliance records.
Liaise with management to support productivity and operational goals.
Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Laws is mandatory.
Prior experience in attendance and payroll management.
Proven experience in handling disciplinary matters and workforce supervision.
