Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, processes, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in HR or a related administrative role
• Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred (but not required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
