Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management.
• Valid practising licence & full IHRM membership.

Work Experience

• 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice, Kenyan Labour Laws, and core hospital management processes.
• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated, people-intensive environments (e.g., education, NGOS) is an added advantage.
