HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategy and workforce plans.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
- Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practice.
- Mentor the HR team and manage payroll, budgets, and workforce planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management.
- Valid practising licence & full IHRM membership.
Work Experience
- 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice, Kenyan Labour Laws, and core hospital management processes.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated, people-intensive environments (e.g., education, NGOS) is an added advantage.
