HR Management Officer III – 2 Posts
Basic Salary: Kshs. 44,400 – Kshs. 61,110 (Permanent & Pensionable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out basic HR functions including recruitment, filing and record keeping.
- Assisting in payroll data preparation.
- Preparing simple HR reports.
- Supporting staff welfare and general HR operations.
- Pension administration in line with laid-down regulations.
- Performing any other duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development will be an added advantage.
