Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations.
- Managing employee records and HRIS updates.
- Coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
- Processing leave applications and staff welfare matters.
- Preparing HR reports.
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development will be an added advantage.
