HR Intern

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing onboarding and induction materials.
  • Collect, verify, and file employee documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records and files.

HR Operations

  • Update HR trackers, attendance records, and muster rolls.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and staff movement data.

Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Support monitoring of performance evaluation cycles.

General HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage.
