HR Admin Intern
We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating databases.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
- Handle leave management, timesheets, and monthly HR reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3months–1 year of experience in HR administration or general HR support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (an added advantage).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience using an HRIS system will an added advantage
