Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, mentor and support housekeeping staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate records (linen movement, cleaning checklists, reports).

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
