This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role requires detailed analytical skills to support strategic decision-making and maintaining efficient financial management within the company. Additional duties include coordinating with various departments to ensure financial policies are adhered to and providing insights and recommendations for financial growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and a thorough understanding of Finance
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is beneficial
