Key Focus Areas

• Strategic financial leadership and oversight of all accounting and finance operations
• Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Compliance with Kenyan statutory and tax requirements (PAYE, VAT, SHIF, NSSF)
• Strengthening internal controls, policies, and financial governance
• Cash flow management, banking relationships, and audit coordination
• Supporting executive decision-making through actionable financial insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA or ACCA qualification
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory regulations
• Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and ERP systems
• High ethical standards, strong analytical skills, and leadership maturity
