- Must have an experience as a Sous Chef in a busy hotel
- Must have been a head chef for a minimum of 2yrs.
- Have strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety
- regulations and cost controls
- Willingness to relocate to Eldoret.
- Knowledge of menu engineering.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
