Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, posters, flyers, product labels, and packaging.   
• Develop digital content for social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns.   
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and target audience.   
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.   
• Capture and edit product photos and videos for promotional use.   
• Manage print production and coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality outputs.   
• Continuously research design trends to keep the company’s brand fresh and appealing.   
• Support internal communication needs through creative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Visual Communication, or related field.   
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or related industries.   
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.   
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.   
• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.   
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.   
• Experience in branding and packaging design for consumer products.   
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media design requirements.   
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
