Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior team members, the Graduate Associate Intern will:

• Support project teams in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, policy analysis, and synthesising information for internal and external use
• Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, briefing notes, and dashboards for government counterparts
• Participate in the design and tracking of implementation plans and delivery routines (e.g., stocktakes, progress reviews)
• Help consolidate lessons learned and success stories for knowledge-sharing within the team and across the Institute
• Support stakeholder coordination efforts, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking
• Contribute to regular internal updates and team reflections on project performance, risks, and opportunities

Person Specification

We are seeking intellectually curious, motivated, and mission-driven individuals who are eager to learn and make a meaningful contribution.

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) or final-year student in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Development, Engineering, or related field
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in public service, consulting, policy, or international development
• Prior internship or project experience in research, analysis, or problem-solving is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• A team player with humility, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
• Fluent in English
