Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure company objectives and performance targets are met.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, sales, HR, logistics, and finance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance growth, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive operational efficiency through effective systems, workflows, and resource management.
- Monitor and evaluate the company’s financial performance, budgets, and cost structures.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across all departments.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of client orders, maintaining excellent service standards.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
- Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company assets and reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
- Lead management reporting, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making sessions.
- Foster innovation and introduce process improvements to enhance operational outcomes.
- Represent the company at stakeholder meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in operations or general management, preferably within retail, FMCG, or gifting industries.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong financial management, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or management systems.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
