Minimum Requirements:

• Be a Kenyan Citizen
• Valid Kenyan ATPL and Radio License
• Class one medical
• Dash-8 100/200/300 Type Rating
• Multi-Engine Rating and Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
• English Level 4 or above
• Total Flight Time—3,000 hrs
• Total Turbine Time—1500 hrs
• Total Multi-Engine time—1000 hrs
• Total Time on Type—1000 hrs
• Total PIC time on type—500 hrs
• Gas Turbine Rated
• Performance A Rated

Preferred Attributes:

• Same list of preferred attributes as the Caravan Captain role (Hardworking, IT literate, leadership skills, etc.).
