- Provide light HR support, including maintaining staff contracts, tracking leave days, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding
- Monitor the validity of operational licenses, staff certifications, and institutional registrations to ensure ongoing compliance
- Be a point of accountability within the team, supporting a positive work environment and helping to address conflicts professionally when they arise
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity
- Support the clinic director in tracking operational follow-ups and streamlining workflow across departments
Requirements
