Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment.
- Source new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product inventory and specifications.
- Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients.
Qualifications
- You are a Kenyan citizen, aged 25 years or above.
- You have a proven passion for sales and a track record of achieving targets.
- You are a self-starter, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- You are adapt at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- You are organized and have strong record-keeping abilities.
- You own and are proficient with an Android smartphone.
