Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment.
Source new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base within your territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Maintain expert knowledge of our product inventory and specifications.
Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients.

Qualifications

You are a Kenyan citizen, aged 25 years or above.
You have a proven passion for sales and a track record of achieving targets.
You are a self-starter, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
You are adapt at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
You are organized and have strong record-keeping abilities.
You own and are proficient with an Android smartphone.
