Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of all agricultural techniques and methods (e.g. preparation of fields, irrigation, greenhouse environmental control, crop protection, crop protection etc.)
• Conduct evaluations independently or under supervision of TRAs, MDRs, Sales Managers on behalf of breeders or product development
• Help provide relevant information and reports on products to commercial team and R&D team.
• Maximize operational output and find technical solutions and improvement in the daily work and all methods applied
• Contributes to building agricultural knowledge within the local Testing team
• Be compliant with all legal, regulatory or Bayer standards (SOPs, policies)
• Keep QHSE standards
• Train and guide seasonal and/or temporary workers or less experienced colleagues on basic required tasks and daily duties at the Trial Station Functionally guide
• Relevant computer software usage and digital applications/tools. 

Key Working Relations:

• Work closely with Testing Research Associate.
• Interface with colleagues in farm, Breeding, QA, Services and Facilities.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Experience in within agronomy, horticulture or other relevant areas
• Knowledge and understanding of technology in a specific area of farm work: technologies, crop, hygiene
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and computer literacy
