Environmental Expert

• Master’s degree in environmental economics, Forestry or with MBA with specialization in Project Management, (provide academic documents)
• A minimum of seen (7) years of relevant work experience in the field of project management and program/project evaluation in an international development context
• Relevant experience with results-based management evaluation methodologies and Experience applying SMART indicators and reconstructing or validating baseline scenarios.
• Proven expertise in evaluating multifaceted programs/projects
• Previous experience in evaluating programs/projects funded through international organizations such as GEF – Provide at least one certificate of good completion.
