Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:
- Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance programmes;
- Prepare tender documents and supervise contractors;
- Provide technical advice on mechanical projects; and
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:
- Successfully served in the grade of Engineer II (Mechanical) for a period of three (3) years;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Be a registered graduate Engineer with IEK or EBK.
