E-Learning Administrator
The job holder will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System for Outspan Medical College through ensuring effective integration of technology into teaching, learning, and assessment, support academic staff and learners, and drive innovation in the use of educational technology.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing support within the e-learning department i.e. providing technical support to external and internal clients, and administrate the Learning
- Management System (LMS) accordingly.
- Supporting the e-learning design team in creating assessments as required, as well as uploading content and resources to the LMS.
- Handle creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts, reports, and other LMS admin duties.
- Provides first line support to customers on the use of our LMS and online products.
- Providing training and compliance reports.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, ICT in Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-learning management and instructional design.
- Proven experience leading digital learning initiatives at institutional level.
