Key Responsibilities and Job summary

  • Be the face of our hotel’s leadership. As Duty Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations, respond to guest needs, and drive service excellence across all departments.
  • Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your role is key in creating memorable experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, special requests, and feedback with empathy, tact, and urgency.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services across all hotel departments.
  • Be visibly present around the hotel, especially in the lobby, to engage with guests and support front-line colleagues.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication for flawless guest experiences. acting as the link between Front Office, Housekeeping. Engineering, F&B, and Security
  • Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with the Front Office Manager regarding incidents, guest feedback, and operational matters.
  • Uphold hotel standards in appearance and guest interaction setting the tone as a role model for service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passionate hospitality professional with a minimum of 3 years in Front Office in a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Opera Cloud PMS (Version 22) and comfortable using digital communication tools.
  • A calm and confident presence under pressure, with a strong sense of
