The consultant will support MediaForce Communications in enhancing brand visibility, online engagement, and lead generation through tailored digital marketing strategies

Scope of Work

The Digital Marketing Consultant will:

• Conduct a digital marketing audit of MFC’s current online presence.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Conceptualizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (search engines, email, and newsletters).
• Design, develop, and distribute periodic email newsletters to engage existing and potential clients.
• Create and maintain a newsletter content calendar aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Optimize SEO and SEM to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Develop engaging digital content tailored to target audiences, including newsletters, blogs.
• Provide analytics and reporting to measure campaign and newsletter performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, subscriber growth).
• Build internal staff capacity through training on digital marketing and newsletter best practices.

• Monthly campaigns
• Weekly performance reports (engagement, reach, ROI)
• At least one professionally designed newsletter template and distribution plan.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven track record in digital marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms), and analytics tools.
• Strong creative content development skills.
• Ability to deliver measurable results.
