Digital Marketing Executive

  • The Marketing Executive-Digital is responsible for driving M-PAYA Energy’s digital presence and brand visibility.
  • The role combines creativity, storytelling, and data-driven strategy to engage audiences, generate leads, and build a thriving online community. It covers content creation, campaign execution, social media management and SEO/SEM, ensuring all digital initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Duties

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention.
  • Manage and maintain our client’s presence across the brand’s social media platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, adjusting initiatives based on trends and audience behavior.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts, that align with current social trends.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, helping to expand reach and visibility.
  • Develop and oversee social media campaigns, competitions, and collaborations, measuring their success and driving growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

To be considered, you should have

  • Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts.
  • A strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Cap Cut, and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions and brand messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand social media accounts.
  • Experience in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking ROI.
  • Prior exposure to influencer collaborations and online community engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinker who stays updated on social media trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills.
