Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the strategy team to understand brand goals and audience insights, and develop content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and advertising platforms to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  • Market & Trend Research
  • Conduct ongoing research on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to generate fresh, data-backed content ideas and optimize performance.
  • Paid Media Optimization
  • Manage and refine paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, track key performance indicators, and meet business objectives.
  • Social Media Content Creation
  • Create, curate, and post engaging content including images, videos, reels, and stories that resonate with target audiences and maintain brand consistency.
  • Website & Banner Management
  • Design, update, and schedule promotional website banners in coordination with product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Website Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance the user experience.
  • Multi-Channel Management
  • Oversee multiple digital platforms and marketing channels, ensuring each supports overall brand goals while experimenting with new strategies and pilots.
  • Visual & Creative Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and impactful content for campaigns and product promotions.
  • Editing & Proofreading
  • Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, clear, and consistent with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards
  • Ensure all materials comply with copyright, privacy, and ethical content creation standards.
  • Social Media Administration
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
  • Community Management
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering a positive brand image and maintaining active audience engagement.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance and social media metrics, providing recommendations for improving future campaigns.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Stay current with emerging digital tools and best practices to continuously enhance content strategies and marketing effectivenes
