DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation: Research and develop a strong database of commercial, industrial and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision makers.
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to clients in markets such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and other regions to introduce Tatu City products. Arrange meetings and schedule site tours for the commercial team. Align working hours with target market time zones with flexibility for remote work.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated customer records covering contact details, call logs and all sales activities.
- Sales Pitch Development: Develop and tailor persuasive sales scripts for different markets and customer profiles.
- Lead Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales funnel and direct qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure.
- Follow Up Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with leads following initial contact. Respond to customer questions and follow up on leads generated through marketing and advertisement channels.
- Strategy Implementation: Lead tele sales strategies and optimise the use of CRM and databases to increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve diaspora sales targets. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow up.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tele sales or lead generation
- Proven track record in database development and management
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
- Demonstrated success in converting cold calls to qualified leads
- Experience in real estate or property development sector preferred
- History of achieving sales targets and KPIs preferably over the phone
- Background in managing customer relationships and follow-up processes
- Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting and lead generation capabilities
