Designer/ Architect & Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from concept development to on-site implementation ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Prepare mood boards and design documents for presentation of design schemes.
  • ⁠Prepare necessary drawing and construction details needed for execution on site. Review drawings by consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • ⁠Plan and implement projects, help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, Support and direct teams within the office and on ground.
  • ⁠Manage the project budget, Review and prepare project BOQ’s, allocate project resources, ensure project execution within budget
  • ⁠⁠Create a project schedule and timeline, plan procurement and materials, ensure timely completion of projects
  • ⁠Lead quality assurance, ensure quality standard from suppliers and construction team
  • ⁠Report on the project status, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in interior design preferably within the construction industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing interior design projects and/or QS involvement.
  • Strong creative and aesthetic sense with technical design proficiency.
  • Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
