Your responsibilities

  • Support monthly S&OP cycle meetings through utilizing distributor data and forecast validation to
  • calculate a future view shipment plan total company.
  • Own data, tools and processes and drive until it’s fully aligned within the company.
  • Support business with clear understanding of performance of owned brands/categories
  • Highlight risks & opportunities and fully support commercial business to deliver the targets aligned.
  • Ensure inventory levels are at optimum level without risking customer service.
  • Manage product life cycle and support SKU Complexity reduction.
  • Track and drive improvement of core KPIs across East Africa.
  • Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools to positively impact on all set KPI’s
  • Maintenance and distribution of all related and applicable planning reports and scorecards
  • Support the S&OP process as analysis and ensure coordination of key meetings and deadlines.

  • Experience with planning systems and an affinity for technology.
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within supply chain planning and logistics management.
  • A proactive attitude towards business process improvement.
  • Advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be highly analytical and data-driven.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
