Data Analyst (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior and campaign performance to provide data-driven insights. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like revenues, subscriber trends, conversion rates, churn trends and any other.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. 
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with marketing team to design and analyze A/B tests for campaigns and communications to optimize strategies and improve product performance. 
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify distinct segments and develop data-driven strategies for targeting and personalization. 
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. 

Required Skills

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide solutions to business challenges. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, R, Google Analytics, and data visualization software
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross departmental teams
