Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
• Prior training or teaching experience is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of network security, ethical hacking, risk management, firewalls, and threat analysis
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISA)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive, and passionate about education
