Our client is seeking to hire Cyber Café Attendants for their branches in Nairobi and Naivasha. The ideal candidates must be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and experienced in cyber café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with computer access, printing, scanning, and online services.
• Provide support in online applications and document processing.
• Maintain proper records of daily transactions and system use.
• Ensure smooth running of the cyber and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a busy cyber café environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
