Customer Support Field Engineer

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related Field

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunications, with strong field operations and data centre support exposure.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in fixed infrastructure, VoIP, Transmission, and IP environments.
  • Proven experience in DWDM/OTN/WDM/SDH environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data centre systems, including power, cooling, patching, and cross-connect management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage network inventory, spares, and documentation systems.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and follow-up skills.
