• Minimum Diploma or least 2 years of college education, Bachelors Degree is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kiswahili, English.
• Previous experience in customer support.
• Ability to cope under pressure and work with minimal supervision.
• A genuine interest in helping others and providing exceptional service.
• Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
• Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is a plus.
