Customer Service & Delivery Coordinator
Role Purpose
The Customer Service & Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, recommending flowers and gifts for all occasions, and coordinating timely deliveries. From time to time, the coordinator may also be called upon to assist in gift and floral curation and packaging to ensure Zuri Blooms’ signature quality is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in placing and tracking orders
- Recommend flowers and gift items suitable for various occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, corporate, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and track daily delivery schedules and assign orders to riders/couriers
- Support the florist and packaging team during peak seasons or busy shifts
- Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on orders, deliveries, and customer satisfaction
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Customer Service or related field (added advantage)
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, delivery coordination, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative eye for detail in packaging and presentation (added advantage)
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
