- Digital Marketing Executive with exceptional video production, graphics design and digital storytelling skills to create engaging, high-quality product videos that drive awareness, educate customers, and boost sales. The role demands a blend of creativity and technical expertise – someone who can shoot, edit, and optimize videos for different platforms while managing web content, social media, and analytics using modern digital tools and Al.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging product videos and digital campaigns across social media and web platforms.
- Maintain and update the company website for fresh, optimized, and conversion-focused content.
- Use Al tools to streamline content creation, analysis, and customer engagement.
- Manage social media pages, post regular updates, and track performance.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Film/Media Production, IT, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven skills in video shooting, editing, production and graphics design.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results, with a portfolio of previous projects (including videos and artworks) attached.
- Demonstrates strong video editing and graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Familiarity with Al tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of visual storytelling and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Method of Application
Key Responsibilities
- Client management: Identify new sales opportunities in hardware shops and maintain a strong customer base within the assigned territory.
- Sales execution: Present and list products in the hardware shops
- Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Market intelligence: Share market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
- Planning: Develop and execute a sales plan against the Key performance Indicators (KPI)
- Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, product launches and successful promotional campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 years of successful sales experience in trade with proven work experience; handling hardware shops and dealers will be of added advantage.
- Education: A basic degree / Diploma in sales & marketing or business-related like business or marketing is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software are generally required.
- Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a key requirement demonstrated.
